At Mo Track, every athlete competes at a level that matches their individual skills and abilities. As kids grow in strength and confidence, they’ll have the opportunity to move up and take on new challenges—always at a pace that feels right for them.

We’re committed to keeping both the physical and emotional well-being of our runners at the forefront. Coaches, parents, and guardians will never push an athlete beyond what is safe or appropriate.

A Supportive, Respectful Community

We pride ourselves on building a positive, inclusive environment for all athletes—regardless of gender, ability, or experience level. Respect is at the core of everything we do, and negative behavior from anyone—coaches, parents, or athletes—won’t be tolerated.

Sportsmanship Comes First

We teach and celebrate fair play, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. We do not teach techniques that could cause harm, and we expect all athletes and supporters to cheer on every runner—no matter where they place.

We believe in encouragement over criticism, progress over perfection, and performance over winning.

Focused on Growth—On and Off the Field

Our volunteer coaches are here to help each child develop strong running skills, reach personal goals, and—most importantly—have fun. We understand that every athlete joins us with their own priorities, and we’re proud to support each child in both their athletic and academic achievements.
